I chose this link as I found it on Twitter and immediately bookmarked it.  It is full of many lesson ideas.  This leads me to hashtags #bcarted #arted #artsed.  These are all used on our PLN (personal learning network) on Twitter to discuss and share ideas related to Art, among many other subjects and topics (ie #sschat #mathchat).  This is all on Twitter.  If I was stuck for a lesson plan idea or wanted to work together with another class on a project I would make a call out to my PLN utilizing these hashtags and or many other ones, depending on situation.  I recently was directed via Twitter into a discussion group using Blackboard Elluminate for a seminar on QR codes in art.  The best part was that this seminar was free too.  So to say the least, I will be using Twitter as a huge resource.

The following pictures are ideas that I found interesting during my visits to different schools throughout the year.  They demonstrate a great cross curricular use of art.  After looking at these all displayed it reminds me of the chapter in our stARTing with textbook on the importance of displaying children’s work.  These schools have done a great job at meeting this requirement.   These pictures were taken on my Blackberry phone and so when you click on them are a bit blurry when enlarged.
